One essential core technology is the manufacturing of Dual Interface Cards. Today the contactless card industry is still struggling with conventional processes to achieve acceptable yields in the manufacturing of Dual Interface Cards.
Under the Amatech Brand there is now a new equipment solution available to produce Dual Interface Cards, called the AmaTech HERA process. This process is similar to a regular chip implanting process, however enables a solid metal based interconnection between the chip module and the antenna of the card. 
Another product line covers the field of ePassport reliability and stress  testing. This equipment line covers a full range of different lab scale test machines to test ePassports according the ICAO regulations.
