Description
AmaTech's APHL-3+ is a fast module embedding machine that was designed for high volume contact-cards or SIM cards production. The machine embeds contact modules into a cavity in the card's body, by using hot melt tape. The bonding process is fully programmable, thus users can control the temperature and the time of it.The machine is able to work with M2 or M3 modules as well as with flip-chip modules, and includes a testing station for checking the ATR of the module after the embedding.
